We offer human guests 4 star accommodation in either B&B or self-catering, and their horses grazing in their own paddock (overlooked by our self-catering cottage) and stabling in one of our 12 stables. Our paddocks are each about an acre of 'clean' grass, containing a water supply and shelter beneath trees, and fenced with a mixture of railing, wired netting, and tree-lined hedges. The paddocks are divided into individual ‘pens’ with electric fencing so all horses have their own turnout space.  We have 12 stables which are all internal partitioned stables so they are well sheltered and light and airy. Guests use stables on a DIY basis.  Bedding is on Liverpool wood pellets which are arguably the most absorbant wood pellets on the market. Beds will be made up and guests can purchase additional bedding on site should they so wish. Hay is not included
