Facilities

We offer human guests 4 star accommodation in either B&B or self-catering, and their horses grazing in their own paddock (overlooked by our self-catering cottage) and stabling in one of our 12 stables. Our paddocks are each about an acre of 'clean' grass, containing a water supply and shelter beneath trees, and fenced with a mixture of railing, wired netting, and tree-lined hedges. The paddocks are divided into individual ‘pens’ with electric fencing so all horses have their own turnout space.  We have 12 stables which are all internal partitioned stables so they are well sheltered and light and airy. Guests use stables on a DIY basis.  Bedding is wood pellets which are arguably the most absorbant bedding on the market.

  • Safe paddocks with a mixture of post and rail, electric and padlock fencing

  • 12 light and airy stables.

  • Hay included.

  • Wood pellet bedding provided.

  • Separate guests’ tack room.

  • Parking for lorries and trailers

  • 40 X 30 arena available free for guest’s use.

  • 6000 acres of off-road riding on the doorstep (Portfolio of routes available to transpose to your own maps or book a guide)

Please note that all horses remain the responsibility of their owners at all times. Liability is not assumed in any way whatsoever by the Brandy House. We are unable to take responsibility for your saddlery, equipment, vehicles and/or trailers and their contents  and we need to make you aware that parking is at your own risk. You are required to have public liability insurance.
